Job Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in your specified region. You will ensure that all activities adhere to Quick Reach’s Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety policies, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customers and sites within the designated area.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in line with depot budgets.
- Retain and expand the existing customer base while redeveloping dormant accounts.
- Accurately record customer interactions and personal sales activities.
- Conduct site surveys as needed, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
- Assist customers with risk assessments and method statements.
- Actively seek and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Adhere to the company’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have proven experience with a successful sales track record in the rental, powered access, or plant hire industries.
- Be a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong motivation to succeed.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate the ability to balance achieving results with broader business considerations.
- Be a self-starter who can prioritise tasks effectively and thrive under pressure.
- Understand the importance of providing exceptional customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills.
