Over the last few months, our world has changed, we have needed to adapt in both our work and home life. As we continue to navigate our way through these trying times, we felt it was essential to recognise individuals that not only go above and beyond, but those who are noted for generosity, positivity and kindness. Those who support all – not just at work but in their family and wider community.
We wanted to create an award far removed from regular ‘employee of the year’ awards and instead celebrate an achievement that recognises the legacy of John Barton. John was an extremely generous man who truly cared for his family and everyone around him. We wanted to create an award which would celebrate him as well as our incredible team.
June’s employee of the month was REG HULL.
It’s been said on many occasions that nothing is too much trouble for Reg, he goes about his work with a smile and a joke along the way, but always gets the job done. Always very humble in his work attitude and truly cares for people at work. His generosity and caring nature go well beyond his work to his family and the dogs that he rescues, harbours and finds homes for.
He truly is worthy of this first award, congratulations Reg Hull.
This is a very important reward for me and my family because it recognises a brother that I miss dearly. It keeps his legacy alive and encapsulates everything he stood for.
