James was the Service Manager at Manchester, but after successfully negotiating deals on the new Truck and Van purchases, coupled with creating national agreements on both hydraulic and tyre services, he will now be responsible for maximising efficiencies within engineering and ensuring smooth operational activities throughout the business.
Lisa Peters Promoted to AREA MANAGER – Manchester Depot
Lisa has taken on the responsibility of running the Manchester Depot and will be ensuring a smooth transition from Hire Office Manager to the new position, maximising revenue opportunities, whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Richard Morton Promoted to SERVICE MANAGER – Manchester Depot
With many years of experience within the industry, both in the workshop and as a field service engineer, Richard has now accepted the role of Service Manager and will maintaining our high standards of engineering and customer service.
