“One recent purchase has been a New Manitou M26-4 (2.6ton 4wd)Rough Terrain masted forklift, this is powered by a Stage V Emission compliant engine powering a 4-speed torque convertor transmission to all 4 wheels. This makes this machine a very capable and popular model in lots of industries. The machine also has a side shift carriage allowing loads to be easily and safely placed and loaded for the operator. We have also added to this machine a spark arrestor and an electronic chalwyn valve for increased safety for its application in the fuel refinery where it will be working. The M26-4 comes standard with a tracker, full telematics and a 2year / 2000hr warranty. We are seeing demand for these masted machines grow now in the market-place.”
