Reporting to the National Service Manager and working as part of our central Hire-desk function, the successful candidate will be responsible for the professional handling of all technical related calls ensuring that each customer receives an excellent service and communication levels throughout.
Duties will include dealing with complaints, problem solving and forming strong relationships with our team of service managers.
Must be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate the ability to problem solve and work as part of a close knit team, the candidate should also be PC literate and be familiar with Excel.
No technical or engineering experience is necessary.
