Overview

 

The role of the National Accounts Consultant is to provide a sound back up for the National Accounts Manager in proactively selling the benefits of Quick Reach Powered Access to the prioritised Key Accounts through a variety of measures.  This is a challenging role for someone who can demonstrate their understanding and knowledge of all sectors, major clients, products, and the benefit of a value-added service to the client.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Engaging with the National Accounts Clients over the telephone and by email
  • Reliably responding promptly to all enquiries
  • Obtaining and evaluating all appropriate information needed for handling critical information
  • Processing orders and off hires
  • Handling and resolving the Clients issues immediately for the benefit of the Client and Quick Reach Powered Access
  • Keeping records of client interaction and recording comments, queries, and complaints as necessary by demonstrating the ability to professionally resolve customer related problems
  • Set the standards of ethics, behaviour and attitude required through demonstrating best practice and commitment to company values

 

Person Specification:

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about, customer service and health and safety standards within the organisation
  • Be able to influence and negotiate effectively with Clients and colleagues alike
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Patient with the ability to work under pressure
  • Keen to learn and think on their feet
  • Experience within the industry is preferred
